I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist who has been working as a therapist since 2012, including nearly 10 years in private practice. I work with pre-teens, teens, emerging adults, and families, supporting clients navigating anxiety, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, perfectionism, stress, difficult experiences, and periods of developmental transition or change.
I completed EMDR training in 2026 and am continuing to develop my experience incorporating EMDR into my work with pre-teens and teens. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and developmentally informed, and I enjoy integrating EMDR with art therapy, creative approaches, and CBT strategies based on each client’s individual needs.
As an art therapist, I particularly value giving pre-teens and teens ways to communicate and process experiences that extend beyond traditional talk therapy. My goal is to help young people better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and feel supported as they work through challenges at their own pace.
