Hi! My journey into psychology started with a love for helping kids learn in their own special ways. I began by supporting neurodivergent children, like those with ADHD or learning differences, and also guiding their parents along the way. I discovered the PASS theory, which helped me understand how our brains work, and I became excited about all the ways kids can become confident learners with programs like PREP, COGENT, and Math Modules.
Later, I became curious about how the brain can heal, which led me to train in EMDR and Art Therapy. This allowed me to work not only with kids but also with teenagers and adults, helping everyone discover the strengths and resources they already have.
