Consultation is a super important to becoming competent and effective in the use of EMDR protocol with children. Once you complete EMDRIA Approved Basic Training & the initial 10 hours of case consultation, you are considered EMDR Trained!
EMDR CERTIFICATION
Are you interested in EMDR Certification? After becoming EMDR trained, the process of becoming certified in EMDR requires an additional 20 hours of consultation with an Approved Consultant or Consultant-in-Training. More info can be found on www.emdria.org!
Christine Mark-Griffin
Christine is the founder of EMDR for Kids. She is an EMDRIA approved Consultant & advanced trainer. She is the author of the award winning EMDR Workbook for Kids and is the lead trainer at EMDR for Kids. Christine’s professional experience has included working in non-profit, child welfare, juvenile justice, community mental health, school-based mental health and higher education settings. Working in these various settings over the years has deepened her knowledge and understanding of complex trauma but has also exposed her to some of the most beautiful stories of healing and resilience. Christine is also a perinatal mental health certified therapist and loves working with expecting and new mamas! She provides a variety of EMDR consultation services & training and welcomes EMDR clinicians to join her offerings below!

Monica McNeeley

Monica McNeely, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and EMDRHAP Facilitator. Monica graduated from New York University with a Master of Social Work in 2011. Monica received her EMDR basic training from the EMDR Institut in 2018. She has worked with adults, adolescents, children, families, caregivers, and parents for over 10 years. Monica has her own private practice, works at a group practice providing EMDR therapy to first responders and complex trauma, and works at an EAP with clientele who are professional adults looking to manage stress, adult ADHD, balance their life, or overcome trauma. She also provides clinical supervision for licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. Monica uses an integrated approach to treatment to meet the individual needs of clients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based approaches and practices. Monica is passionate about supporting clients through difficult life transitions/events and self-care!

Tanya Kaplow

Tanya Kaplow, LMFT is a Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant-in-Training . She specializes in EMDR therapy for those suffering from complex trauma, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, and depression. She previously worked in school-based settings and has extensive experience in working with children and teens. Currently, Tanya is a facilitator with the EMDR Institute. Additionally, Tanya is trained in immediate stabilization and early intervention protocols within EMDR and a clinical volunteer with the EMDR Trauma Recovery Network, Humanitarian Assistance Programs.
Jessica Crane

Jessica Crane (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor in the state of Nevada, an EMDR Certified Clinician, and an EMDR Consultant-In-Training. Currently, Jessica helps to facilitate Basic EMDR Training with Scaling Up. Jessica currently works in private practice in Reno, NV, offering EMDR and play therapy services to children and adults. Jessica has experience working in child welfare, pediatric and adolescent residential treatment, and outpatient community mental health. She is trained in Adlerian play therapy, EMDR 2.0, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Trauma-Grief Component Therapy for Adolescents (TGCTA), and Circle of Security Parenting (COSP). She offers individual, dyad, and group consultation.
Shannon Cantillano

Shannon Cantillano an LCSW in private practice in California who is a Certified EMDR Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training. She is also Level 1 Trained in Internal Family Systems and uses an IFS Informed approach to EMDR and trauma interventions. She completed basic EMDR training in 2018 with the EMDR Institute and then embraced virtual EMDR through the pandemic. Her love of learning lead her to advanced trainings in EMDR and to become Certified through EMDRIA. Shannon founded her group practice, Inner Expansions Therapy Services, in an mission to provide high quality therapy services including EMDR in the small community of San Luis Obispo County, CA. Her practice also focuses on training associate therapists to be excellent trauma informed clinicians with most using EMDR with adults and children regularly. Shannon’s love of learning has shifted to a love of teaching and training others. She offers individual and group consultation for EMDR therapists.

Natasha Lubimiv

Natasha Lubimiv is a Registered Social Worker, Certified EMDR Therapist, and Consultant in Training with EMDRIA. In her private practice, she provides support to children, youth, adults, and families using a wholistic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approach. Natasha integrates her expertise in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS-informed EMDR, Polyvagal informed practices and Play Therapy (as recognized by the Canadian Association of Play Therapy), to nurture the body, mind, and spirit of her clients on their healing journeys. Deeply committed to reconciliation, Natasha is an ally to First Nation Peoples and actively works towards fostering understanding and connection within her local community. Additionally, she offers clinical supervision for pre-qualifying clinicians, as well as individual, dyadic, and group EMDR consultation.
