As a licensed counselor, it is my privilege to walk alongside my clients and their stories. Whether that story includes anxiety, chronic illness, childhood trauma, or just a bump in the road, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you find resources and skills to cope and process. I received my bachelor’s degree in Music Psychology and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Huntington University. I am EMDR trained and have a certificate in integrative somatic trauma therapy from the Embody Lab. As a forever learner, I’m consistently furthering my knowledge and completing more training in play therapy techniques, creative interventions, DBT, and narrative therapies.

I love working with children and adolescents through play and storytelling in order to reach their goals, whether that be a reduction in anxiety, increase in mood, or help sorting out difficult behaviors. I work from a neurodivergence affirming lens and have experience working with ADHD and autism in all ages. I also have experience with foster youth and adoptees in different settings with attachment-focused lens.

I also have experience working with adults who are struggling with chronic illness or trauma disorders through both somatic and cognitive interventions. As a patient provider, I understand the complex feelings that come with a life-altering diagnosis or medical experiences. Adjustment to new or long-term medical diagnoses can be a difficult journey that you don’t have to walk alone!

We will work together to tailor your sessions to your needs. My office is equipped with games, toys, art supplies, and a miniature sandtray– all ages are welcome to come play, create, and heal!

I look forward to hearing your story!
