I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, teens, and families using a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional regulation, and incorporate EMDR and play therapy to help children process experiences in ways that feel safe and developmentally appropriate.
I believe children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling, and that’s okay. Through therapy, we can help your child build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident and secure.
