At the heart of my work is a belief that healing begins with connection. I strive to create a safe, trusting relationship where children and teens feel truly seen and valued just as they are. Whether we’re engaging through play, creative arts, or conversation, I prioritize meeting my clients with warmth, curiosity, and respect for their unique experiences. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and I work often with clients who have been diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism. Common concerns I address are life transitions, trauma, anxiety, school-related issues, and behavioral challenges. My goal is to create a supportive environment where young people can build resilience, self-awareness, and confidence, while feeling empowered to tackle life’s challenges. I utilize a variety of techniques in my work, including play therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and expressive arts.
My office is open to all, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, economic status, or ethnic background. Please feel free to send me an email to schedule a free complimentary consultation to see if I could be the right fit for your child’s needs!
